This number was used to pay a Sean Roberts £4750 from my account. It relates to my-local-depot-uk.com The person called themselves Simon. Sadly for Simon I did not have that amount to pay!!!! Time Simon got a proper job! PLEASE DO NOT ACCESS THIS SITE. (I did so due to a series of coincidences - otherwise I hope I would have been a bit more cautious!)

Sales call / this is a call from SD of Verkada Limited - a tech company selling security cameras etc. It will likely be related to an email whereby it is suggested he will be "in your area" next week. Of course he doesn't know where you are and in the absence of matter-transportation will not be there. It's an unsolicited sales call and not very clever. Best avoid firms like this where they start with a lie.

01997 617229 called me around 4:30PM on 21 March 2023. A guy with an Indian accept was speaking, but hung-up after about 5 seconds. If you call back, it says "welcome to Farn Mart", but none of the options in the menu connect you to anyone.
Claimed to be from BT, asked if someone 'was online before midnight or from midnight to 3am. Then said the IP address was being used by malicious software and offered 'next steps' to follow. I hung up. Scam.

Call centre spam / scam. Said she was from a company called MEA (I think). Claiming there was an issue with a life insurance policy, so there would be a problem with a payout. I don't know the company or have a policy with them.

He told me the usual nonsense about my computer but I told him that I was not interested as I had got rid of my computer because of these scam phone calls. These guys send you a code so you click on it and they will have remote access to your mobile phone and gain all the information including your banking. Just delete the messages they send you if you have a conversion with them. Once I told them I knew they were scammers they hung up and went on their way.

Someone offering me an available slot on the front page of Google for a month. Told me they were from Google and then when I queried that, claimed to be an official partner. No one, not even Google themselves, can guarantee you a specific slot on Google. Hang up and ignore.
