I gave my name D.O.B and my address. After she finished talking (I thought she would never shut up). She told me i had passed the credit check .Then proceeded to tell me how much i would be paying a month,how many minutes,texts etc;. BAD COMPANY WITH RUDE STAFF!!! Had someone called Don call me about my existing life policy I do not have one!!! Apparently I would be transferred over to a qualified adviser only to find out I was not speaking to a qualified adviser and would later be passed over again just so this so called adviser would check I was happy. The idiot could not pronounce half the medical conditions. No help or advice given and not one person could answer any of my questions. WASTE OF TIME!!!
