Also, I just tried phoning the number back and it doesn't even exist - so somehow the scammer is making out that they are phoning from a local number to look more legit.

SCAM This number looks as if it was local to me, but it was not. Strongly accented lady said she was from Virgin Media about the "poor performance of the internet connection". I told her I knew it was a hoax call and hung up.

Banking Scam. An automated message telling you that 2 transactions have been taken from your account, 1x £300 & 1x £1000. Then asks you to press 2 on your phone pad to be connected to an advisor. I phoned this number back but it said that someone is on the phone and asked you to leave a message. This is a SCAM phone number.

Scammers pretending to be visa

Call today supposed to be from BT telling me my IP address was public and hey would make it private. 2 men in what sounded like a room full of people spoke to me. I sked where the were calling from and they gave me an actual BT address in London. I asked the guy if he was Indian and yes he was. I told him the 1st person I spoke with was India too. I asked him if this was a scam. I then heard someone say drop the connection. So looks like a scam to me.

SCAM - Automated message about transfers from bank account to Amazon.

Pretends to be from block chain. They say that your crypto account needs to be unlocked as it's been lying dormant for years. They tell you that there's about 50k in your block chain account and to get to your account you need to add £300.

Apparently, I've already taken my partners name as that's who they asked for! Indian accent didn't ask for much more after I said "sure" then spoke to someone else before I hung up. Just don't answer

Caller says you've suspicious transactions on your card, knows your name and last four digits of the card. Asks you to check the balance, in my case without any security questions. Hung up on me and didn't call me back when I told him I keep very little in the account, whilst I was silently checking the account in the background. A very professional and complicated Fraud/Scam, even the authorities will believe Dean Brewer and his company is very innocent. If you have been a victim of a fraudulent scam and lost money, Dean will say he can get 'All' your money back if you give him £100 per case. You will never get the £100 back as Dean steals it and hides the money. Only UK banks and the real authorities can only get your money back.

Curtis has called two days running now pretending he had a meeting booked with a colleague on 9th June when told this was not true he went as far to say hed listened back to call in which he arranged this meeting with said colleague A complete lie the colleague he is trying to speak to doesnt even deal with the phone contracts If this is genuinely Three mobile they need to seriously review their practices as Curtis came across as aggressive and needs to be sacked

Looks like this is associated with the scammer on 02080720015 something to do with mobile phone scams. I got a call from them seconds after the call from this number.
