When you answer your phone and if it s a number you don t recognise, DON T SPEAK JUST LISTEN! Wait for the caller to speak first and then decide whether to simply put the phone down. If it s a recorded message, it ll nearly always be a scam or a computer dialling a batch of numbers in sequence and trying to assertain if the number they have just dialled is a voice line. i.e. a private phone number. Had missed call from them. Googled them & then blocked their number. 5 blocked calls in the past 6 weeks from them.

When asnswered just cut off. Second call in last hour, different numbers but both 0121 codes.

Answered this number and person on other end hung up

Called to say could stop unwanted calls by paying £39.99 one off admin charge. Said they were from Telephone preference service.

When I dialled the number it went straight to a voicemail asking me to record a message. Have blocked the number.

ps or ts services saying they are not a sales call and are ringing about new government legislation so you can get your dept wrote off. Its a scam, this is the 10th different number to call me saying the same rubbish. Another number added to the block list.

This number has been calling for month, plus this number has been ringing me sometimes right after each other and it is a nuisance sometimes 6 or 7 times a day. Sometimes I answer this number by accident and recently I asked them to stop ringing and take my number off their list, which has never happened as they refused to do so. Got fed up with this number calling me so eventually answered, Told me I was claiming for third party accident i never had in kast 2 year when I asked with which insurance companies were involved I was told that wasnt important! So hung up, hopefully calls may stop now. Total scam.
