Rung my mobile several times but, when I answer there is no reply
Automated call claiming to be visa I think this is a scam.
Although I didn t request the call, they were well informed and helpful - possibly because we are currently investigating changing our heating system. Offered to call back to arrange a suitable visit. I await to see if their advice is useful/good.

Who in their right mind would do business or give bank details over the phone, and to a unknown voice at an office or house with no address? We have received up to 5 calls before lunchtime from this number! Today I went through to the sales team to ask them to remove our number from the database, the girl started asking me how old my boiler is! When I was insistent she put the phone down on me, how rude!
