Cold called today from this number saying they were given our road traffic accident details by NFU to settle the remainder of money owed to me under a Discomfort payment, even though there was no personal injuries in the accident. Even though I asked the lady why NFU would instruct them to call me to say I am owed money when our claim was completely settled is totally absurd, she continued to say no we are entitled to between £3k-4k as the claim threshold of £350 was exceeded. Thought somebody was urgently looking to speak to me and tried to call them back. The number just beeped twice and the call ended. When called back a ridiculous computerised voice claimed to be from Pavillion Advertising and then gave a series of options including 1 "to speak to us", 2 "to discuss your payment" and 9 "to be removed from our system". What kind of legitimate company has an option to be removed from their system unless they know that they are spamming? Blocked.
