Asking me how much I currently pay (I am with 3 and said “if you are calling from 3 you would know that information”) he said they don’t have customer details in the promotion department!!!!!! The number = 01709889223, this number phoned me today (at 13:08 on 1st March 2022) and the caller stated they were from BT OUTBOUND ringing about my telephone. They were indian, male and middle aged, they identified themselves as John Martin. I am ex-directory and my phone is registered with the telephone preference service to block sales calls and unwanted calls. I checked online and the number was listed as Indian and Rotherham based. This number called me apparently from a landline in Liverpool. I answered and I received no response what so ever. This maybe a cold caller as I don't know anyone business or personal in Liverpool. Hopefully others may provide more information.
