This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as a scam offers (in most cases PPI scam or debt collecting - financial help). Researching this number I suspect it to be scammers who purport to work for Insulate Scotland. They claim to require access to your loft to inspect the air quality and insulation. Already on my blocked list after calling me a few times. SCAM
