Automated voice Said transactions had been made from my bank account and to press 1 to authorise or 2 to speak to an advisor. Did neither I phoned my bank and no such transactions has been placed

ISP scam from India. Man from Openreach said that my internet connection had been used for illegal activity and they would disconnect me. Obvious scam. I played dumb for a bit and eventually the guy gave up and disconnected the call.

Claiming to be Curry's / PC World ringing about my mobile phone (I've never even purchased from them!)

A cold call. Caller said that I had a problem with my internet for 3 weeks and his engineers were fixing the problem. Caller did not use my name or the name of my internet provider. Caller did not answer any of my questions but carried on reading from his script. I am sure that this was some sort of SCAM attempt. As usual I did not give the caller any information that would identify me or any account that I may have.

I received an SMS that appears to have been sent by HSBC. This shows an one-time password for a transaction of around £983 and asks me to urgently call this number (03309124638) if I do not recognise this transaction. BEWARE THIS IS A SCAM! I have called HSBC (on their true number and not the fake number mentioned above) and they have confirmed what was obvious to me: THIS IS A SCAM. Your account is safe and has not been compromised. IGNORE THE TEXT MESSAGE and do NOT call that number. That's all!

Texted me with the message 'We're sorry, but you don't have enough credit. Your recent purchase could no be completed.' Followed by a link to click, presumably to "top-up" my credit. Funny thin is - I've not purchased anything. Clearly a scam.

Automated call SCAM Rang my number and had auto answer set in car. They immediately hung up when I said hello. Typical scam call centre. Don't deal with these people who do not have permission to call TPS protected numbers.

Received a call from so called Jennifer on 07305 705575 and again from 07594 619283 introducing me to their website https://coinstats.app/portfolio/transactions/. coinstats.app wanted me to pay in a percentage of my "supposed fortune", that had been accumulated on this site unknown to me, so that this account could be re-activated as the money had been sitting there untouched for so long (3 years). SCAM. Sounds like call centre.say she is from Blockchain.quick search says blockchain NEVER call people.woman sounds indian,Malaysian, asian..etc. best to block this number or hang up when they say its blockchain. Blockchain are associated with cryptocurrency.

Do not know anyone in Northern Ireland, so blocked number. It does not help if "CALLED ME.CO.UK" spells NORTHERN wrongly. Is "called me.co.uk" a scam also. One thing to check is the spelling!

Scam call pretending to be Virgin Media (broadband internet). Standard scam pattern. Voices/accents from Indian subcontinent but claiming western names ("Daniel", "Robert", etc). Presumably using in-country telephone redirection service so as to appear with 0161 prefix. Claimed "We are getting errors from your internet connection." Wanted me to download Anydesk software so they could take remote control of my computer.
