I was called by this number at 08:18 this morning by someone claiming to be "Amazon Prime" (recorded message) and invited to be transferred to cancel a subscription ('press 1'). The person then asked for my details and, when questioned, told me that it is not possible to contact Amazon directly or my bank over this. The conversation stank so I discontinued the call.

This number rang my Mobile which is only know to a few people. I was told it was HMRC and if i didn't send some paper work i would be liable to prosecution. Told to press option one to speak to some one did so and the person on the end said something like thank you for calling !!!! didn't understand the last bit. I commented I didn't call you did, it then went quiet. I hung up. Both voices were certainly not UK English in speakers. Don't trust this phone number think it's a scam

It’s a scam, claimed to be from a bank and not enough funds in bank to complete transactions. Very bad line and eventually the caller hung up, daughter rang number back and it’s not recognised.

Searched Google and found they are being looked into by the FCA as they are unlicensed and are trying to sell services or products with out being registered. Foreign accent called me saying they were from Direct Mobile company. When I told them I was going to end the call and report them, he said; Oh, why you speak like that ma'am? And started to abuse me before hanging up.
