recorded message about not being able to use your national insurance number unless you press 1 and speak to an "officer". SCAM stay well clear.

a lady and a man called me repeatedly on my direct office line asking to speak to the HR director. Politely asked them to email him and arrange a telephone conversation. Received another calls after that call. Going to ignore from now on.

This is a company called Business Advisory Services who appear to be a genuine energy broker but they are aggressive and pushy on the phone. They don t really declare that they are a broker and ask for information on your energy bills. Having established they are a broker, I told them we have an energy broker we are very happy with. Recorded message 1/8/18 9:30am about "Windows scrappage scheme" a "government initiative" press button to opt in press another button to be removed from list. I did nothing as I am concerned pressing a button can reroute call to a premium rate chargeable call. We are on TPS, renewed regularly, so this call is unlikely to be a reputable company.
