The phone number is +447388957553 & is located in the Gorno-Altayskaya region which is Russia! So DON’T CALL OR TEXT IT BACK PLEASE, JUST BLOCK IT!! +44 7486 464689 This number is a scammer - they send a text saying … “ hey mum I smashed my phone and I'm using a friends phone to msg you their phone is about to die, can you whatsapp me on 07789175547” The top number is based in Russia - the other number in the UK. Do not reply, block both numbers as they are a Russian scammer . I tried calling both numbers from a withheld number and they are both off. DO NOT ADD THEM ON WHATSAPP! DO NOT REPLY TO THEM!

I was called from this number by a woman asking to speak to somebody who wasn`t me. The name she asked for is the same as I`ve had on other scam calls. This is a dangerous number.

Called twice in two days, claimed to be named "Alice" the first time (unlikely, given her heavy Indian accent), claimed to be from BT Openreach. We use a VOIP system so I put the phone down. Second time, gave no name but claimed to be calling from "[y]our electricity provider". I asked her which one, she took a stab at EDF (wrong), so I told her to do her homework better and put the phone down again. I checked the phone number and it was the same both times 02031295
