Called three times today. Once just rang once. Two times I answered and it hung up. Seems to be checking if my number is in use?

I Got the call twice from this number to my mobile phone within a week. First time its disconnected as soon as I picked the call. Second time someone spoke with me and verified my name by telling the name correctly and asking that have I met with a road accident and claiming. I have replied my name is correct but I didn t met any accident and applying claims. I have had over 70 calls to my works mobile in the space of 2 weeks about a car accident all from different area codes. However, I have just had a call on my personal number, which has never been given out. Do these muppets never give up!!!

The call was almost certainly from a scammer spoofing a genuine number. NEVER RETURN A CALL to an unknown number and NEVER PRESS ANY NUMBERS if told to do so as in either cas...
