This is a telephone scammer. The call pretends to be from HMRC asking to call them back because they want to speak to your solicitor, give a name you are supposed to ask for (sorry I can't remember it, David something) they add that there will be consequences for not calling them back. Called me speaking German naming one of my email addresses and stating I had about $7000 that was blocked on blockchain. As I do not have anything on blockchain, I told him I did not care. Sounded like a scam to me.
This was actually just an automated BT text-to-landline service telling me the time slot for my Costco parcel delivery that I was expecting, so this was completely legit for me. It will try ringing you several times until you listen to the text message so just listen and it will stop. However, as it's a generic BT service it is open to abuse but I would advise against blocking it because the message delivery service itself is not a scam, just be aware though that the message you receive could be bogus.

I have received a call from an older gentleman promising me petrol vouchers and subscription to a magazine for £1 charged off my bank card.
