Started as a silent call but picked up by "Danielle" with a Scottish accent. Offered to advise on how to reduce energy costs. Rang off when I started to ask questions about who they were. When I called the number back a recording said it was changed to 118196, a directory inquiries service run by Vox Clarity. Clearly a telemarketer after selling insulation etc

so angry, now had 5 calls from this number, and can t call it back, nobody speaks. Rang us at 11.15pm and again between 1 and 2am last night. registered with TPS but they can t stop it and BT can t help unless we pay for a blocker and different phones. They rang saying I had signed up to extra income on line. When I claim I hadnt he repeatedly asked why I wouldnt do it, literally shouting down the phone at me "what is stopping you, dont you want a better life for you family" he kept shouting. Until eventually after asking him to remove my number off their records I gave up and hung up.
