I only entered the competition for the iPad because it came up on accuweather which I ve been using for a while and is a bona fide site. I then got a message saying I was now entered in a weekly draw for ?4.50 per week. I then received 3 messages which I was charged ?3.83 for. Fraud call regarding HMRC Tax fraud!
Automated voice telling me I was part of a tax fraud, told me i must to press a digit (can’t remember which one) to be connected. I then hung up. Dialled number back & is coming up as an incorrect number.
Apologies - this is actually a genuine number - RBS fraud office. Check with your bank to authenticate if you get a call. Some one had accessed my account.

I suspect a scam. Added to my phone book memory facility list on phone. Input these nuisance numbers in so they show up on my screen as caller id: ignore1, ignore2, ignore3 etc After a couple of months can delete off phone book memory, by then they have given up if you don t answer.

Said was local energy advisor in my postcode. Funny Bournemouth area code not even my county. My guess is that this is a fake called id that comes up. Keeps calling and keep asking invasive questions, but will never give a straight answer to any questions when asked; once said he was based in reading. Last two times he call just hung up after his first 4 word, can even recognise the voice now. Just hang up pain in backside.
