Answerphone message left which was silent. Called number back and got music and an American voice telling me my call was important. It would appear not!

Its scam. Be aware of this number. They want you to invest in crypto.

01625 909946 Macclesfield Cheshire stating my IP address has been compromised . Other calls which are supposedly from BT stating my internet is compromised and will be deleted . All have US accents . To anyone who is fragile or have mental health problems these are dangerous calls

SCAM / SPAM usual thing. strong south Asian accented guy called 'paul' told me he was from EDF and clarified that they are my current supplier. then said due to covid they couldn't said engineers out to read meters. 1) I send readings in online. 2) every meter I have seen in the last 25 years is outside. covid becomes irrelevant in this case 3)I have never given reading over the phone. hang up

Calling on two different numbers Rochdale/Manchester... Told them Not to call me and that they were a scam... He replied with "we are not a scam, we claim back money that people are owed" Yeah okay sweetheart

Telemarketing or scam. My number is listed with the telephone preference agency but they still called. It was a man with a very thick Indian accent, he said he's from some smart phone company. I hung up.

Total SCAM. Hang up....... Reported

PPI claims

Despite being registered with TPS I continue to get calls but this one was so duller than average. "Martin" called from an "events company" about an event in my area blah blah offering a meeting with a money grabbing financial consultant. He talked for so long without pausing to let me answer that I thought it must be a recording. Then he got to the question - do I want to have a meeting - and when I said no he asked why. I began to answer him but he hung up. Cut me off in mid-sentence.
