this number is reliance advisory trying to get info about PPI, but will not remove my details from their system even though I requested this several times. Saying I had made a claim which I have not, saying I have applied for a loan which I have not.

Apparently it is his job to get PPI papers to me and just needed to check my address, which he had (!!), needed my D.O.B. which he didn't get. Says I made an online application, which I haven't. Wasted 13 mins of his time fencing with him. Rang the number back they are Assist Financial Management but all you get is music & a muppet voice telling me how my call is very important to them and to stay on the line. After 5 mins a female voice comes on and thanks me for calling, then cuts call. Day after they ran
