It seems that hospitals are in a Catch 22 situation here. While wishing to remind patients of appointments, and thus cut down on missed appointments, they also wish to protect people's data so cannot simply leave a message on an answerphone which may be accessed by people other than the person to whom they are addressing. Fraud SCAM Fraud call that stated my card had been used for two large transactions of £300 Amazon and £1100 international payment. Automated message sounds like it is from the bank, but did not state name of bank, or cardholder. Used another phone to call the number back (out of curiosity). Mobile network sates it is an invalid number, and call made from Ireland, with a London code?
Fraudsters! They lie and dissemble to fool you into believing that you are renewing your current cover, while you are doing no such thing. They have a nice website, but never answer the phone or email, so certainly can t provide any service for their appliances. One of them will likely write a comment below, pretending to be a customer, claiming how what I write is not true. You who work for them, have you no shame, no conscience?

This number is used for telemarketing purposes, mostly reported as Better Business Group or Injury Claim Lawyers, insurance marketing or similar - in fact just some call centre, the number is very likely VoIP number, sometimes people rated it as an oversea
