SCAM. Indian accent, hectic indian call centre background, typical scammers, they said they recieved word this morning from the UK government that I was in debt. They failed to provide my full name, my address, or any information as to how they got my number other than 'from the government' It's a bit funny because they tried this last month as well off a different number when the government contacted their office to get in contact with me that morning too, they know nothing but your number and partial name

SCAM message received 14/02/24 appearing in same text message thread that I receive from Lloyds Bank. It provides a one-time passcode for a purchase that I had not made to FENDI LTD. It tells me to contact them on 03333392763 if I had NOT made the purchase. I did not call them, instead I contacted the fraud dept. of Lloyds Bank. Had I called the number in the text, it is likely they could have accessed money from my account. SCAM

Received a call from this number, answered and received an automated message saying my Amazon account had 2 large orders using my card and they didn’t think it was me. It said press 1 for yes it was me and 2 for it wasn’t. I hung up an obvious scam call as how can they know who in the household picks up the call as there might be 5 of us with cards and Amazon accounts!

This number rang me yesterday. It was a recorded message saying money had been taken from our account by Amazon and also a money transfer. It then rang off. This is a scam number. DO NOT ANSWER IT. 020 8144 3803 Windows computer virus scam. They (whoever 'they' are) have been using the same script for years. In fact, this number goes back a while. They con you into giving them access to your PC, plant a virus on it (supposedly) then charge you £100's to remove it. Just hang up & block the number.

This number has been making numerous calls today before 8am. It alternates with a private caller saying they are from Virginmedia. I have checked with the company who have no record of any calls being made to me. Annoying maybe dangerous.
