Not sure about this , its from russia ??? more likely a scam .
He is a scammer, a fraud. He used someone else s passport to rent a room, took 600GBP as security and ran away.

Went to answer phone but did not leave a message.
Scam rings at least 4 times a week. Never answer unknown numbers. They never leave a message. Rang last night at 9.45pm and again this morning at 8am. Googled the number this morning and it comes up as private house in Sittingbourne. We do not know anyone in Sittingbourne.
