bombard their 0800 069 9303 number with silent calls. especially outside of office hours, leave really long blank messages on their answerphone and make them foot the bill.

Received call form this number and called back to see who it was. Apparently it is the company that handles upgrades on behalf of T-Mobile. They had called me in error as I am with O2. No problems when I informed them of this.

I have been waiting for an appointment time and date to come through and GP has chased on several occasions. Received a call form this number obviously trying to sell something but claiming to be local

They are based on wharf industrial estate in bury, Manchester and Blackburn. The staff who call have no idea, nor choice of who they ring as the system selects a number at random from their data, and only when the line opens do they see your name and address etc. They are legitimate in terms of what they are offering (a free hearing frequency test at your local football club/hotel) however, if you will receive any money should a claim be successful is questionable.
