This is a genuine Bank of Scotland fraud number. My husband got a text lastnight after shopping online and a phone call this morning and they have now managed to refund him the money.
SCAM Sent money for delivery and never got it and when confronted her (Sarah Jane) she just started play a victim. Never send any money to her she will definitely scam you!

Called today on my personal mobile phone which is supposed to be completely private as opposed to my work phone. I didn't pick up the call as I knew that it wasn't family or friend. As these calls are all reported here in a short space of time, it makes me wonder if some poor disadvantaged desperate person is being paid £10 a day to sit and dial random numbers just to see who if anyone answers. And if the call is answered then their number might be sold on to other money making profiteers!
