SCAM text claiming to be from royalmail saying my package has a £1.99 shipping fee, to pay this now go to [fake royalmail website] and action will be taken if i dont pay.
Pressing 9 does not remove number from the call list, pressed 5 instead to speak to an operator (Scott) who promptly put the phone down when I politely tried to have my number removed, redialing the number gets you a recorded message stating the call was sales related and nothing to worry about!

The manager I spoke to was rude, and as I said I would contact ofcom re the unsolicited call, he said that’s ofgem you F****ng idiot. Asked for email address as I didn't have the time to speak, told them to send me an email as they seemed to have my info, but he could only confirm my name, so I hung up.
