Has rang 3 times in twenty minutes asking for someone who left the company over a decade ago. Then asking for the person who deals with the energy account (we have a broker who deals with it all on our behalf) and when told we are not interested rings back anyway.

Number called me on my work mobile which is not connected to any of my personal bank accounts claiming a £900 debit was due to go through on my Visa Debit Card. Advised if I did not make the payment to press 1 to get it cancelled as a possible fraud. After pressing one international old tone kicks in and accented woman answers 'hello' No way is this anything to do with banking or fraudulent payments. Be careful.

Got a call very early in the morn, early for me that is, so I was half a sleep, from a man with a Northern Irish Accent from 03002003884 asking about corporation tax payable, he knew many details including my turn over, he asked me to confirm my date of birth and address, I did this, all of this is of course available on the Company's House website. Karim called at 14.26. Asked why I'd cancelled my appointment for this evening. Apparently I'd emailed to cancel at 10.47 because my partner has covid. I haven't sent any emails or got any appointments. It must be a scam but I've no idea what he planned to get out of it, maybe if the story fitted my circumstances he'd try to get a cancellation fee off of me. The worrying thing is that he knew my full name. I can't think of any way that could happen.

Fraud A voice with an American accent told me they were from HRMC and I was "wanted" for fraud. They wanted me to call them...presumably to "help" me with this. I hung up as this is clearly not how the HMRC behaves and people are not "wanted" in this way in the UK.

They call me from this number and I don't pick up because I am from Tenerife and I have no family, no friends and no business in the UK. I am sure it is a scam, be very careful. SCAM I was called by this number and hung up, they phoned back so i pretended to be 10yrs old. He started telling me he liked my voice it sounded like honey, asked if i would marry him in 5 year time, told me that he would ring me later for his friend, asked to meet me tomorrow night and asked me to tell my address. He then started asking if I liked Pakistani boys and i said do you like 10 year old girls and he said yes.. Dirty! do not answer.

SCAM call claiming to be from an accident helpline, regarding a "minor road traffic accident" I'd experienced in the past year. I advised I don't drive and they hung up immediately.

This is another scam - it seems to have switched from a London number to a Manchester number. They are informing people about a 'possible refund from HMRC', in an Asian accent from a call centre environment.

This is a scam. Automatic woman's voice says your Amazon Prime has expired and to rejoin to pay £95.00 She says to press 1 to rejoin, or 2 for customer services. As I do not use Amazon this made me aware it's a scam and terminated the call and dialled 147 to find this Bournemouth number had registered as the caller.
