They re a bunch of prats with nothing better to do than flog any old crap for clients and their call redirection service will show different locations where the call came from. Fraud Saying my Nat ins number is suspended due to it being connected to an offence. Failure to press 1 and speak to an officer will lead to my national insurance number being suspended, not pressing 1. Outdoor also mean my assets are liable to be stolen. Three Further calls with same recorded message were made from theses numbers. 07584563 followed by 412, 707 and 412. These were over 2 days. Likely phishing scam where they try to get your bank details to "set up a new direct debit."
Called a TPS registered line, asking for a named individual, and identifying themselves as "Jess from BT", and asking to talk about "Your broadband line". This is despite our Internet services not being provided by BT, and the named person that "Jess" was asking for having nothing to do with the provision of our broadband. If she really was from BT (which I very much doubt that she was) then it would be one good reason not to touch them with several barge-poles strapped together.
Answered call and could hear call centre noises in background but no-one spoke. Eventually call was ended. no idea who it was as search on number does not bring up any results
