Ring their phone: you ll find the voice message is by teenager who can barely read the script. The script is by someone who can t write - "If you have had A accident...". So if that s the effort and expense they re prepared to invest into making their first impression, imagine how diligent their customer service must be. Enough said.

Received call from no 01210613348 just now from British native speaker (for a change)about traffic accident . Told them I d call the police. But curious how they got my mobile number (unlisted)?

This number calls frequently, sometimes three or four times a day and hangs up on answer. When called there is a recorded message, presumably from BT saying that the number you have dialed has not been recognised. Please check and try again. Further research suggests that it is from a company called Vonage.
