Answerphone message on home phone asking to call number - no company name or details. Did call, got "we will be with you shortly" then dead line. No idea who they are or what they want. We are registered with TPS and are Ex directory, we also do not fill out ANY "surveys". We do not really use our home phone, mainly mobiles so no idea where they got our details from

Suspecting a scam call I dialled 141 (to withold my number) followed by the number and it wasn t recognised. So my suspicion was correct.
Try to get you to look at the worth of your pension. Very persistent. When you try to call them back you get music played in your ear then automatically disconnected. Staff accuse you of shouting at them and talk over you as you try to talk to them. Bad customer service.
Possibly a scam, offering deals on iPhone 13. Didn’t wait to get any more info.
