SCAM - purports to be BT - says internet & telephone lines will be disconnected "today" and then suggests pressing "1" to speak to their technical team... we're not on BT anymore so I guess this is a load of rubbish

This phone number is apparently from Russia. It also uses 007 475 534056 Sounds very dodgy indeed.
