Keep ringing up, laughing down the phone and asking if they can speak to me. Always late at night.
I doubt a caller from Russia would be legitimately calling me, any half-witted scammer would mask their number if calling from such a terrorist state, so I suspect that it was supposed to be a masked UK mobile number with too many digits. Whatever, it is an unwelcome call.

I have caller display and didn t recognise this number so didn t answer the call. My answering machine was on but they left no message.

SCAM yet another call to tell me my 02 contract is up, I told him I don't do any business with cold callers & dropped the phone & blocked the number.. I have lost count of the number of calls I have had recently, all from different 020... numbers, I've blocked them all but they don't give up..

6 calls yesterday, 3 today starting before 8am. Asking me about my service to stop to nuisance calls is ending in 2018! Even though I do not have this service! Evidently they have my name and address, and some credit card details. Very worrying as to how they have got this information.
