He said it was regarding an "upgradetion" He didn't ask me to confirm even my name, but asked how much I was paying for my monthly contract. I told him if he was really from 3, he would already have access to that information, he didn't want to talk any more, and hung up on me. Definitely a SCAM!

This caller said they were from the National Insurance and that I’d been scammed and I needed to press 1 to return the call to stop them taking legal action against me!! I hung up !!
I had a muffled answer phone message, only the later part was clear about taking out a law suit against me.I of course checked the number on here straight away.
