They said they were from Team4 (?)appliances & that I d been paying for cover on washing machine, freezer & cooker - which I had not & when said so they said ok & must have expired. I do not think they are genuine.

Called my mum's mobile, when she tried to call back it said Number not recognised. I googled the number 2 days ago, and it came back with AW Electricals near York. Today it's come back on your site as Parking Management. When I googled the electrical firm, this wasn't their contact number.
