I answers then after a minute or so (I chuck the phone on the side on speaker) the line goes dead. No one speaks. Wish I had the opportunity to tell them to naff off!
Have called me a number of times, like others they gave a false name and refused to give any contact details. Essentially tried to tell me I could sue for a past car accident. I managed to chat in circles with the guy for quite a while before he lost his temper and became abusive then put the phone down on me. At one point he boasted that he makes ?500 a week doing his job; I hope they catch the scum.
Phoneline only used for computer access so any callers are spammers - this is one of them!

As I answered it they hung up. This is my area code that's why I answered it. I have a son that is critically ill thought it may have been hospital calling. Very annoying ...
