SAID THEY WERE FROM WANDSWORTH COUNCIL, EVEN THOUGH IT'S A PERSONAL NUMBER, TALKED ABOUT 'WORKS' GOING ON AT A HOUSE I DON'T LIVE IN AND NEVER HAVE LIVED IN, THEN HUNG UP. DODGY.

This number seems to be used by some call centre - I can see very similar numbers reported, all the same range just with last digits different, which is a common thing - they use a range of similar numbers. They are reported with different scope, but mostly with financial services and insurance - pension reviews, ambulance chasers etc. Unsolicited call for me, blocked it and tried to find some info - people did someone answer this one?

I don't answer unknown numbers and they left no message. Have missed calls from them on my mobile, was trying to dig some info on the internet before calling them back, but found nothing, no luck.
