SPAM or scam answered phone with gibberish/ unknown language. Just hung up on them and blocked the number

This number calls at least 4 times per day. They are willing to speak to any members of the household about an accident which I was involved in last year. They blatantly ignore the Data Protection Act and callers are downright rude and arrogant.

I am receiving calls to my mobile which appear to be automated almost every day from this number. There is a delay when i answer and then just a click. Never anyone to talk to.

Call centre. Bloke said he was from Northumbrian water and wanted to do a survey to improve services. Wasn’t 100% convinced it was genuine so told him I wasn’t interested.

I have further checked on this number, it is in fact Barclays Fraud dept.
Private number
SCAM says you have a tax fraud investigation on you and to press 1. Hung up and phone the number back on a different phone and got someones private home.
