I am waiting for a call back from 111 since yesterday evening. I have had 2 calls from this number since, which disconnect when I answer the 'phone so I expect its just NHS telling me they are too busy to get back to me. I think it's a scam - a recorded message said there had been suspicious transactions on my credit card and to press a button to report it as fraud.
