They will ask a random question like "We hear you have been having problems in your house, is that true?" or "Hello you have won blah blah blah" and then immediately hang up. I think this is a possible scam, I think they want you to call them back. - Block the number and forget about them.

I did not subscribe to anything but I have been charged - I couldn't understand why my bill was almost €30 over usual amount. I have not been able to stop it - I sent stop to this number but got no reply. What's strange about this is that I have not received any texts.
