Had been so called valued customer over.15years and deal they offered was a digrace i even had 25% loyalty discount but was told sorry carnt use that against new handsets! So what am i supposed to use it for? unbelivable there so called retion deals are double what another provider offered me. Glad i got my pac code of them as im leaving! I will generally give to any good cause,however I don t care who they are, how close to my heart (no pun intended) the charity is, when they call 16 times in 24 hours, the only thing I will be giving them is a very loud high pitched siren next time they call!!

Have previously had about three missed calls from this number - just picked up the latest call and they informed me that I d had a car accident at some point since July 2010 - I have never had a car accident, thank goodness. I asked them where they got this information from - they said they purchased these details from a company and had got them as I had registered the accident but hadn t claimed anything. I told them this was completely inaccurate information. The person on the other end got rather aggre

Dropped my bill, selling extra internet cover. Never asked for details of bank ect. Seemed like new salesman, almost scared, perhaps my growling Scottish accent would explain that.

I have been spammed with calls from this company. I had 4 calls in the space of 2 hours while I was in a meeting at work. I finally picked up and told them I m not remotely interested in reviewing my pensions as they are handled through my company and to remove me from their database. They persisted in being very pushy and I hung up. 30 minutes later I received another call from the number and I blocked it.

They called me repeatedly and at some point i just answered and although I didn t really understood what they wanted, they started asking for my personal information. At that point I clearly told them that I m not gonna reveal any of it. They hung up. Better for them
