Clicked on a side item in Facebook ( Sean Connery loss???) and message both textual and voice came up as message from Microsoft that my computer was infected with spyware and my bank account details could be stolen and to phone their toll free number immediately. I recognised immediately that it was not a tollfree number but a premium rate number and immediately shut down and restarted my p.c.

Probably the same call centre as previously reported 148 235 9318 - Next Step Money offering loans, life insurances, but be aware - this call centre should work for multiple clients, next week the offer can differ (but mostly stays the same - finance services). All the numbers of the same range - 148 235 93xx - seem to be used for this call centre.

Scammers claiming to be bt internet. virus on my computer .let him ramble on for a while before placing phone inside my ships bell. Very deafening when rang.

Called me at least 5 times this week all from different numbers i keep blocking they ring on a differnt number wish they would just go away

Unbelievable!!!! Stopped cold call from ADVANCE WEALTH MANAGEMENT as services being offered not required. Follow up call from so-called 'Manager' Michella Kiennan to reprimand us for upsetting the first day cold caller who was left very upset and accused us of swearing at her after she called us!!! No swearing or rudeness occurred as the call was taken by my very ill 70 year old Director, but to be telephoned back by a cold caller's Manager to be 'dressed down' about the way we handled the call was a fir

Tried to call back, message says it's not a standard UK mobile number and you will be charged extra

Called looking for previous number owner (I have a recycled BT number). When I told them he no longer had this number she wanted to take my name and sell me whatever it was that she was selling. Very persistent, had to say no thank you a number of times.

Another spam caller

Seems to be some call centre working for non-profi organisations, already reported in connection with UNICEF/Red Cross/Cancer research/WWF, but hard to say who they really are, you decide... Just be aware. Does someone have some more exact info?
