Very hard sales tactics and don?t take no for an answer. When I explained that I didn?t want the insurance, his tone changed and wouldn?t stop trying to convince me that I was being ridiculous for not wanting it. I received a text today asking me to ring 0345 301 6084. Phoned Natwest on normal customer service number instead and they know nothing about it, looks like a scam number.

Very rude people!! They have called me everyday and every day I have asked them nicely to take me off their data base - they all plead ignorant saying this is the first time they have called. They kept wouldn t listen when I told them I haven t been in an accident. I asked for their name and told them if they keep harassing me I will report them - she wouldn t give me her name and then hung up on me!

Keep calling me despite me having blocked their number, they ve called me 5 times already tonight. I don t understand how they are still able to call me despite having blocked them after the first call. Fed up.

Rung me 6 times in half an hour today. I didn't answer as I never answer numbers that are not in my phone book. I have now blocked it.

Said they were from EE asking about how happy I am with my PAYG plan and handset and if they could improve it. Asked what handset I had and why I was content with my pack then let me go happily. Seems trustworthy and didn t ask for any other info.

They sent a message asking to call them urgently, when I called them they refused to say what there company did unless I gave them my details, they said they had sent emails and letters, which I havent recived. Obviously I refused to give them any details what so ever and would advise you to do the same
