SCAM - saying they're from Amazon and my account has been hacked
This is a Scam number that calls you and says it is from HMRC. It then asks you to press 1 to connect to a tax office agent or they will send someone around to arrest you!! Laughable really, but please be careful.
Called stating they were from Carphone Warehouse, but this is a mobile number....

Claimed to be from Wilmoths Dartford, however their phone number is different.
Received two calls from this number just after 4am. No one spoke, call ended after a few seconds with a click. Turned my mobile off. There had been a third attempt. I was astonished to find out where this call came from. To my knowledge, there is no one there that I know.
SCAM automated call which recorded onto a message informing me that my Barclaycard has an unusual payment of £1956.34 taken and they have suspended my account.. press 1 to report.. press 2 to be taken to an advisor.. I don't own a Barclaycard so noted as spam and blocked

Called and said they were conducting a survey as a part of TfL. Very strange sounding man asked to speak to the youngest in the household and asked when his birthday was. Told to not call again and hung up. Bizarre and creepy, especially close to the holidays when they know children will be home from school.
