Phone rings, you answer. Puase. No-one there, until eventually a real woman says "Hi, I n Chantelle Brown of [garbled] and I ve been informed you ve been involved in a road accident that wasn t your fault." at which point you put the phone down. Clearly an illegal automated dialling system, passing any calls that are answered on to one of their human operators who then reads from a script. Get a nicer job, "Chantelle".

Had a call at 7.50 this morning from 'BT OpenReach' to say that our IP address was being hacked between 2-4am. Said it was inconvenient as just off to work, they said...
