This woman claimed to call from Virgin Mobile in order to update my contract. But i didnt believe it and hung up.

Kept saying an extra 1.6 billion as been allcated by banks for refunds and kept rtying to get my personel details.

Hi everyone, I would like to confirm that these nuisance calls are NOTHING TO DO WITH First Legal Support - Accident Investigators OR Bromiley Holcroft Solicitors. Over the last few months we have received numerous phone calls (14 in one day one week) from understandably angry people confusing us with the First Legal who have been calling them after doing google searches on First Legal, finding First Legal Support and linking them to Bromiley Holcroft Solicitors. I ve been getting calls from this number for a few weeks. Every time I pick up, there is nobody on the line.

Claim to be Sky following up on new installation. But will not discuss anything unless you tell them the last digits of bank account, full address and password or memorable information (in full - not just selected characters). Clear from other sites this is a scam - but how did they get new Sky customer information?

Barclays calling me post successful packaged bank account claim to check if I wanted to keep the package or not. Did not call the number back, instead called Barclays on a website published number to verify it before opening up any discussion, Never give out details to people on incoming calls from numbers you simply don t know are 100% genuine.

This number kept calling my mobile, but I kept missing speaking with whomever was calling. I actually picked up a call today and a man with a sing-song accent (hard to understand) said he was from the Citizen s Advice Bureau, which I thought highly unlikely. He then went on to ask me if I had had any accidents recently - any trips, falls, car accidents etc etc. Scam merchant - I told him to remove my name from his call sheet and never call again.

I have a call blocker so these guys don t get through, but that doesn t stop them from repeatedly calling me -very persistent!
