Keep getting called from this number, when answered they state that they are from BT and there is an issue with the broadband service (even try to cover fact that other providers use BT network) and that they need access to a laptop/desktop to fix problem, when challenged they hang up.

Called me and hung up immediately the ansaphone cut in. Tried calling them back but got a message that the number dialled had not been recognised.
