So I called the genuine number, 03457 404404, and wasted my time and HSBCs, as there was - surprise surprise - no suspicious activity on the account.

07956 099273 - called me today, totally a scammer, talked absolute rubbish about things being blocked on her system. Any questions I asked were not answered and she even used a swearword. So a rubbish scammer, but a scammer nevertheless. So be careful!

An Indian sounding person, in a call centre, who had to asked on whose behalf he was calling. Then said it was some form of financial company.
