Picked up call when visiting my very elderly mother. They knew her name but little more. They asked to speak to her but would not say who they were, but said it was important. I said I would not continue if they would not identify themselves @nd they terminated call. Asian man was calling. Don?t think they targeted her because of her age. Asian male stated name was Michael Jordan from Microsoft and they had info that my computer had been used and they wanted access. BE CAREFUL don t give them access as once in the can take personnel data from computer and blackmail you costing hundreds of pounds to unfreeze your computer

I get calls form this number, if you don t respond they ring you again on 01634 401221. I am ex directory and with TPS yet still get these calls. Something should be done to stop them.

Very dangerous they are scam folk trying to put a virus on your computer and when the virus installs the program that will encrypt all your files and your computer will be as useless as a waterproof teabag and can no longer access your computer unless you pay a ransom fee off over ?1,000 to put it right These guys are not from Microsoft !!!!!!

They called me a couple of times saying, we got information that you have outstanding depts, is that correct? I said no, and the first couple of times, they apologised, but today, just a couple of minutes ago, the guy that I was just speaking to was just a complete A hole, he bloody hung up on me without any explanation. I have never been in dept nor I never want any help from any dept lenders.
