SCAM Claim to be BT open reach, I am not a BT customer, they claim my service provider has contacted them but can't tell me who my service provider is. Accent is hard to understand and I have had fun asking them random questions. They don't appear to like being asked if they prefer cheese to jam on toast and hung up how rude? 3rd call today

Just received the same recorded message call - again. Persistent calls despite number registered on TPS. As Scottie suggests report to ico.org.uk It doesn t take long, and hopefully they will take some action if they get enough complaints.

SCAM claims to be refunding misold PPI, would verify which bank the PPI was sold by & hing up when asked for details. I blocked this number.
