Very friendly member of staff from the complaints team called from this number and resolved my complaint
Some young chap, northern accent. Said it was Vodafone, asked for me by name. As usual I did not confirm who I was.as asked him to continue. He hung up. Very noisy in background. My opinion unprofessional at best if Vodafone, more likely telemarketing scum trying to confirm details. Now blocked.
