This number belongs to an adult male... He has been contacting my eleven year old daughter for a period of (almost) three months... I don't have all the details yet but I do know that my daughter is not the only victim of this predator. I only have a limited amount of information (at the moment) but the information I do have indicates that there are (at least) three other children that this predator has contacted (over a period of months)... These children (the ones I know about) are all aged under fourteen
I have already reported this number. It is the dialling code owned by mobile provider Hutchison 3G UK Ltd. I do not know the ID of the phone number 874428 other than what garbled message I've heard suggests it may be from India. I'm unable to make a connection but Hutchinson's have an Indian call centre; from a limited number of reviews it seems Hutchinson's don't have a very good reputation as a provider of services.

This is a scammer's number. They claimed to be from EE accounts department to say my last 2 payments have not been made via debit order and could I press 1 to update my account details. He was very insistent that I do it right now or my account would be closed my phone cut and costly penalties incurred. I hung up as I am not and never have been with EE.

Die Person, angeblich mein Sohn, bittet um eine Geldüberweisung, weil er eine Zahlung verpasst hat. Das Geld (1989,09 ohne Währung) sollte ich am nächsten Tag zurückbekommen. Ein Fake!!!

This number called my mobile then disconnected after 2 rings. I called it back and an automated voice in an irritating American accent said "Hi. Thanks for calling. Please hold while we connect you". Automated call A number that shows up as a local call on my landline (without prefix)..However, it is followed by the well-known 7 bleeps and a pre-recorded message saying "Thank you for calling". I have received hundreds of calls of this type from numbers all over the country. Why it seems to be impossible to put a stop to the company that is responsible for these nuisance calls is something I simply do not understand.
So pleased I looked this number up here , was about to buy tickets , thank you for the warnings people and hope you can get your money back through your rights
