Accident claims. When I told them i hadn't been in an accident they then tried to find any other slip/trip/fall/etc.
Called my 94 yo father, claiming to be HMRC and accused him of defrauding taxman since 1952! Fortunately my dad is sharp as a pin & told them to go away and procreate. Calling the number back results in a diversion to a non UK ringing tone which does not answer.
